Vinny the founder and owner of this company has close ties with Dr Roman Shulkin . There seems to be lots of public attention around this story and a quick Google search you will discover the details of this absolutely horrendous story, The mother must’ve gone through hell.
Dr. Roman has been arrested and charged back in 2024 with child endangerment and assault . He also abandoned his baby and the mother of his children throughout the pregnancy and then continued to deny his paternity for many months after the birth until the mother was forced to subpoena his DNA through the family law court which confirmed paternity . One would consider this almost child abuse or neglect of his own biological child.
When considering Vinny,  I would with caution considering he has continued to remain in close contact and friendship with Dr Roman Shulkin even After knowing that he was charged in 2024 with child endangerment, and assault on the mother after an alleged assault on mother of his children with the children present during the physical Alteration . The friendship is still current and this picture was taken recently and posted on social media in 2026.
Vinny knowing that Roman has been arrested and allegedly been involved with a child engagement charges still continues to engage with him and socialise with him regularly. Considering that Vinny works with children closely, I would personally find this alarming when having him around my own children.
